Maddison Livestock & Property Pty Ltd was established in August 2002 operating out of Lockington in northern Victoria 30 km west of Echuca and 25 km south of the Murray River. The company services an area from approximately 50 km west of Lockington through the Goulburn Valley to 50 km to the North East of Shepparton which has large tracts of intensely farmed irrigation areas through to broad acre cereal and grazing country. The irrigation area is renowned for being the home of some of the most productive dairying enterprises in Australia along with large orchards, tomatoes farming, vineyards and other mixed farming enterprises. The company is a member of ALPA (Australian Livestock and Property Agents Association Ltd) and the RMA (Network of Independent Agents) and has excellent personal contacts through the length and breadth of Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania and eastern South Australia.

		Ian Maddison, Principal Proprietor and managing director,married to Kathi with 5 adult children.With 25 years experience in the livestock agency business behind me, I established Maddison Livestock & Property Pty Ltd in August 2002. It gives me a lot of satisfaction to provide a local, competitive, professional service to the farmers and producers in our area.
		Lindsay Maddison Licensed Real Estate and Property. Married to Marce with 2 adult boys. Lindsay joined the business in 2004. Lindsay has an extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, having 28 years continuous years working, as an agent including managerial rolls throughout Victoria and NSW. Lindsay also has extensive experience as a livestock auctioneer with Stud and commercial stock. Lindsay had a break of 5 years before joining Maddison Livestock & Property Pty Ltd in 2005
		Andrew Maddison Licensed agent’s representative not married yet. Andrew joined Maddison Livestock & Property Pty Ltd in 2007 with 10 years of experience working in the agency business having worked with a large pastoral house after leaving school, followed by a period with a private company as an agent before having a short stint as a farm worker, he moved to Sydney to take up an auctioneering role with Manheim Fowles, then joined the company in 2007.
		Neil Maddison Livestock Salesperson. Married to Shirley with 1 adult and 2 teenage children. Neil also joined the business in 2004. Neil has an extensive rural background having commenced work on the Barwidgee Angus stud immediately from secondary school, graduating through to owning his own dairy farm for 10 years, followed by three years as a hotelier.
